Chinense are typically "heart shaped" to some degree. I could see it being some sort of baccatum, but I'm not good enough at plant ID to get much more than "not chinense." It does look like a datil or naga shaped pod, though.

This seems like a self-correcting problem.

Nagas are chinense, and those don't look like typical chinense leaves.

Stick, I also have 3 rocoto seedlings surviving. 2 are really young, I'm hoping they'll get a little bigger, soon. Assuming that they appear to be in good condition in a bit, it looks like we've got ourselves a swap :)

Thanks, I don't actually mind the lower temps on that shelf. It's plenty warm to keep the plants happy, but not so warm that I'm going to end up with massive plants before I can get them outside. I need to actually catalog what I have in there - I have 3 or 4 of some of them, and 1 or 2 of...

Chinenseapalooza! Rearranged the greenhouse, getting better light, this way. My germinator tray is above it...and is going okay. Not too happy with the temps in it, but I'm not sure what else I can do. I may buy another tray that has a lid, and just put that indoors for the next round...

Oof...had some hooks, then it got warmer here and the temp in my garage spiked, and combined with my seed tray getting a bit dry I cooked some seedlings. Hopefully they recover..

That would be great! I've heard the powder is prepared in such a way that destroys the viability of the seeds. I'm not sure about the other peppers, but figured it was worth a shot. Haven't received them, yet.

Cross country looks like a no go, unfortunately. OttawaPepper has seeds for the Aleppo, but the guy he got them from didn't isolate, and I'm trying to avoid spreading seeds that may not be true. SSE finally charged me, still waiting on anything like a membership number so that I can log in...I...

Mine was getting pretty big, already, so I had to move it outside: I have the feeling that TGPS sent me the wrong seeds, though...too bad we aren't doing a "biggest plant" grow!

Oof. Well, the good news is that I've potted up the first tray and a few things from the second. I moved the reapers and choco habs into the second tray, we'll see what happens. The bad news...my wife spotted mold on the germinator, and banned it from the house. So, now it's in a small, 4 tier...

Just a shot of the second seed tray going. Plastic is over the rocotos, crazy helmet heads, there. Aji limon to their right, and cheiro recife further right, the plastic on the top left is a white bhut (I think...can't remember what order they are in).
