I haven't had any problems with getting superhots to pod up under LED grow light. What matters is PAR(Photosynthetically active radiation) and the wavelengths the diodes run at.
You need to get wavelengths for both Chlorophyll a and b. At the peak absorption values for most performance.

Sure is beads of oil ;)
Maybe it's much more common than I thought, I've just never noticed it before but I don't have a lot of experience!
The seeds came from Trade Winds Fruit Store.
I reckon the seeds should be viable? It sure was close to ripening. The plant has 50+ pods on it, will...
This plant came from a seed company claiming it was pinocchio's nose pepper. All other came true without this one plant.
Sure looks like a Jalapeno but I've never seen those brown walls inside a Jalapeno before. The heat was a real surprise too, gave me stomach pain.
Felt more spicy than many...
I had about 30 seeds for this season, not a single one germinated while everything else germinated fine in the same setting. Was for sure bad seeds in my case, will try them again next year I think!
How many plants would you estimate that you have? Think that harvest would be too much if it was only for me to consume haha
You're referring to hornworms? Sure glad I've never seen them here.
I'd sure be interested in seeing recent pictures of your plants and grow area, last time you posted...
My DWC plants in the greenhouse has been growing much faster than those in soil. I suspect it's because of the cold soil here, nights can be down to 48F even now during the hottest months. The water reservoir in the DWC seem to hold the temperature a lot longer out through the night.
I...
That's a great source of information, been searching so much on Google but none as informative as your link. Think I might consider getting some of those products shipped from the states since none are available in my country.
My eggplants and cucumbers are suffering the most, to the point of...
Been a long time since last update so though I would update my glog with some pictures.
Only thing I've been struggling with lately is thrips, they are everywhere damaging plants. Tried many different things but they just seem to increase in numbers!
Greenhouse from outside the door.

Finally getting rewarded for not trashing my two overwintered plants. They didn't grow very big, I realize that's because of the pot size.
The Tabasco kinda stopped growing again but I transplanted in straight in the ground so it's starting to develop again. Too little time to get any pods on...
I'm glad I don't have such animals lurking around, that sight would have left me depressed for the rest of the day. Wish your DWC project the best of luck, mine totally took off!
Kinda jealous that you can grow straight in the ground outdoors, never works good here. Simply too many pest bugs and too low temperatures.
You sure got peppers skills, beautiful plants and pods :)
Wonder what the plant has been crossed with. I will never know, they were bought from a seed company.
Haven't tasted any of them yet, still quite some time until they ripe.
It sure is a superhot, got this bumpy skin that you can't see so easily on the images.
Thanks for your opinions guys :)
Only got two seasons under my belt. Last season was a aphid infestation, pretty much stopping all my pepper plants from growing.
This year there has been no aphids. Now I'm battling crazy amounts of thrips, so far a losing battle!
Plants in my greenhouse are finally starting to produce peppers, some time until they ripen though. Been warmer weather lately so they have really picked up the pace.

I'm probably no help but that leaf looks just like mine when I sprayed them with my homemade insecticide. Used a type of soap that damaged the leaves, using different one now mixed with neem oil.
You haven't been spraying them with anything?
