Interesting so you've been that high without any signs of problems. I'm using the lucas formula that is aimed at general hydroponics nutrients. He recommends an ec of 1.3 to 1.8. I've quoted his post for reference. Anybody else running this high in EC?

It doesn't have broad mites or any deficiencies it's just a mutant plant from seed stage. I got one looking exactly the same in hydro system, while all others around are normal. Could post a pic but no time for that right now, maybe later :)

Good suggestion! I just heard the "blue ball" air stones have more chance to clog up. Just read some people talking about that online. Don't think it would be much of a problem anyway, if you use organic nutrients then it might be a problem. They sure are much more affordable, might be cheaper...
