I really like the Cascabell flavor, grew quite a lot this year.... I use(d) them fresh in salsa and mole-kind-of-things. Others are now dried and will be turned to 'dust' in the grinder The 'turtle egg consistency' will (almost) disappear if the pod is boiled/blanched for a few minutes :)

While the snow is piling up, I am longing for the sun and planning the 2011 season! With a list of 100 different kinds, I will be able to fill the garden, the balcony, the windowsill and best of all the freezer! BUT there is a few seeds still missing in my collection, so if anybody can help me...

I'm sure Vincent (Balcony Peppers) got these seeds in his seed shop! Though I'm not sure it's from isolated plants, Neither the seeds from Semillas?! :lol:
