Some of the small seedlings are enjoying the gob led and have placed this plastic doormat under the rockwool to let the air circulate, thus the rockwool will no longer sit in the water/fertilizer mixture all day long.

I do not have the space to grow any more chili plants,so fewer plants just have to do. However i would like to grow tons of different ones but....

Growing chilis in Finland works ok if you start early indoors.I have a 8 square meter greenhouse to grow those plants, they would not survive/produce without one in our not so nice growing place.

Naga morich is one of those easy to grow super hot ones and the taste is great too, so what can go wrong. Last year was pretty good, as i have freezer full of naga morich pods to last me for a while.

I jist made this fresh chili pie from the harvest i picked up today:   Loads of Naga morich and hot paper lantern pods, still many piles to come as they gradually ripen up.

  I will get plenty of ripe pods from the plants that are already inside, all i needed is for the c.chinense to ripen their pods for me to be able to do some hot sauce to the restaurant to get some of those growing expenses back. Made a new tomato based naga morich sauce for this restaurant and...

  Next year i am planning to put 8 plants to 26 litre air-pots, let's see how big will they end up next season. :P

Temperature is lowering fast and i had to save most of the c.chinense and moved them inside few weeks ago: I will get plenty of Naga morich pods.   The C.baccatum inside the greenhouse will not have the time to ripen most of the pods even if i warm the greenhouse but this is life unfortinantly.

They say human tastes like chicken, let me just put some spice rub all over my body and oven it goes.

Have recovered from the bellybutton hernia surgery really good and have walked a lot  and combined with some training does your body good, i actually have some stuff in my back from doing all that heavy kettlebell training:

I bet you dont need to water these too often and you could create all sort of automated watering systems in these.

  From local place after they ordered 500 pieces from Chinese maker, but you can get similar pots from Amazon called:   ultra oxy etc.

Have 8 pieces of these 26 litre ones for the next season grow:   Lets see how massive the chilis will grow in these.. :woohoo:

Limon looks quite a bit different than lemon drop

  Limon C.chinense is the one i am growing next year and hot lemon usually means Lemon drop C.baccatum in my book.

6-7 months from seed to ripe pods, sounds almost too good to be true and if that is even half true, i have to try one plant perhaps next season.
