    i am in the same boat, when i check my bp at publix, my hb is usually in the 100's resting. Just checked now was comming up with 13 beats in 10 seconds. It sucks and i get winded so fast.

    Well, from what i been told you want to keep themin dark, cool, dry place, I store in ziplock myself, but i ahve cabinet that barely open, so they are in the dark about 99.9999999% of the year.
