Very thin consistency. A heat level of 2 at best. Slight tongue burn. I tried this on turkey meatloaf. It didn't tasted like any specific pepper just that it had some heat. It might be good mixed with something else but does not satisfy own its own as a topper. Vivid green color.

I'd rate the heat level a 6. I tried this on turkey meatloaf of which it overwhelmed the taste. I had a tongue burn followed by back of the throat and nose. Those quickly went away but after 10 mins. the tongue burn was still there. Spreadable not runny. A nice sinus clearer.

Some of you know my situation, if you don't I won't bore you with the details. Thank you for helping me to learn and laugh. My recovery seems slow at times but the people on this site have made it a little better.

I tried this straight out of the jar, I need to try it on an Italian Beef sandwich. Nice flavor but a bit heavy on the oil. The pieces are smaller than the brand I bought last week (Krinos?) so they are not as crunchy which I find is a plus. The bigger pieces would not go well on an I.B. sammie.
