Nope, from seeds of peppers I've grown past years. And they are hot. Not a sweet bell.

So I have three plants that look nothing like what they should look like. I picked one a few weeks ago and it was sweet at the top, but hot the rest of the way. They look and smell like peppers. Each pic has the name of what it should have been. Some kind of bee induced mutant?? Or some kind of...

Well the cold is here. 38deg. tonight and maybe frost. So I picked everything, almost, off my plants. So......   Pepper Porn!!      

I use a coffee grinder to make my shaker. Just watch out when you open your blender. There will be fine dust. But the more my eyes water, my nose runs, sneezing and coughing, the hotter the shaker will be.

Well I picked yesterday and now have way too many peppers on my hand. What to do? Lollipops and Candied peppers of course. LOL. Thanks to Alden Miller Lollipops (Cinnamon Ghost Pepper) and DaQatz Candied Jalapenos & Habaneros for recipes. First batch of lollipops were normal, no heat. But enough...

I didn't see any other posts like this. So here we go. Picked these Sunday the 15.   Peach Scorpion.....Kinda scared to open them.       Only one ghost ready. More to come.       Orange Scotch Bonnet...These look hot.          

  2 plants per bucket. There are 2 buckets that have 3 plants. As for tricks...just Miracle Grow All Purpose once a week. It's the same soil since I started growing again in 2009.         Thanks. I'll look into rellenos. Not sure what I'll make with them yet.

Found out there are used in a Mexican Mole sauce. Guess I'll give that a try.

 No place to do that. I'll save some seeds and start over next year.

First year I heard of these. And first year growing them. All I can say is...Holy Moley!!

Probably my last good haul. Frost coming this weekend.           Still have flowers and small ones on the plants. I'll have to get them this week.

Well this is the eighth picking. My best haul this season. And still loads on the plants. I hope the season holds out long enough to let them ripen.      

  I agree ajdrew. I'm growing peppers from seeds from the past years. Only problem is, I only marked the envelopes with the year. Not the type of peppers. It's been fun trying to figure out what they are as they grow.

I do that every year. Dehydrate everything from sweet bells to ghost/scorpions. Grind it up and mix together. Makes a great tasting shaker.
