For me, the worst part is not getting to relive the experience of knowing what "spicy" means to people who aren't into seriously hot food. I can't have a dish spiced with habanero and comiserate with my friends as to what it felt like because I don't feel what they feel. I'll never again be able...

I've done LegalZoom, local lawyers, and filed everything myself. Unless you have a good knack for the legal side of things, I don't recommend trying to do it yourself. At least in NC there's a fair bit of legalese and I didn't want to assume the liability that comes with me screwing something...
