I have used a brewers bucket(food grade plastic bucket) 6 gallons and a dinner plate fits perfect to keep peppers below the brine.
Works great.
Here is what I use

Great thread:-) When I got my led panel a few years ago some of the panels could cause burning of the plants. So the company sent out these parts to lower the power from 290 to 180 watts.
My panel works great so I never switched out parts. I still have these, new.
I have 5 of them,what exactly...
I just used the same type meter yesterday on my led panel. I would have to get it about a inch away from panel to get your results. And it barely registered at canopy height.
Took out side to see if was broke and it went to max when placed in sun.
Oh well I know my led panel works. :-)
With light on not much you can see but the height of panel
I have 2 reapers left out of 10 or so. The pic above and below.
Red Savina
The rest in the tent are Butch T Reapers,Chocolate Primo/Reapers and some sweet bell peppers. Going to lower panel to 24" today.
Thanks:-) yeah I do hope the one "reaper" makes it. It does look heathy and its inside the tent now.
I'll take a pic of inside tent with the light on. I put one of those cheap light, soil meters under my led panel. I have it about 2.5 feet above plants and it barely registered.
Not until I put...
