I have no idea about the fertilizer numbers , any chance it could work ?

Local farm store is blowing out these 20lb bags of fertilizer . Its basically cow manure cooked and dehydrated at high heat . Anyone use it or similar?

We have a hexagon tray of 72 mixed seedlings with premium Jiffy brand seed starting medium. We started them in paper towel until they sprouted and then planted them . Of the 20 that sprouted so far , 7-8 came without leaves and a few came up so thin, they leaned right over and probably wont make...
