    Yeah pretty much. I cooked the sausage, tomatoes, onion and bell peppers with the rice. Like you would a jambalaya. Then topped like a burrito bowl with sliced sausage instead of ground.

    Not sure what to call this. Jambalaya, but Mexican inspired. Spanish style rice with field roast "chipotle" sausage. Topped with fresh tomatoes, cheese, avocado, sour cream and hot sauce. Whatever it is. I'm addicted. Ate three bowls 😂

    Not a commercial sauce but it was a gift from a friend I visited in St Louis. Great simple scotch bonnet sauce. And it's delicious.

    Well after a few phone calls we have pods sorted out. We have filled the pod and it will be picked up tomorrow morning. Delivery in Washington December 6th. Final walkthrough completed today and we close Thursday morning at 10 am. We will hit the road directly following closing.
