Thank You so much @CaneDog & @bob65 that takes a load off my mind fer sure. That's exactly it! I was getting up this AM to spray them with Neem 😌 not no more LOL. I'm really very happy to know this will not spread to my other plants. Too close to plant out time for this Ship. 😆- Marturo

health What is this?
I first noticed this on 2 Aji pancas & 2 Antep Aci Dolmas then again on 2 Serrano's. It does not wipe off & not all leaves are affected. I have been using 2 Bio Fungicides from the beginning. It's not tiny insects, more like crystals. These 6 plants are the only one affected.- Marturo
