I was planning to make a Honey Garlic ferment when I get some honey later in the season and use it to make some hot sauce but is there any reason why I cant or shouldn't just stuff some hot peppers in with the garlic?
Also how often and how long should I burp it for?
I've noticed alot of merchants put up seeds for sale in the fall and that the more popular ones usually sell out before growing season.
