I'll be down in the Duluth area next week for work.  I am very tempted!  I lost my 4th year Red Manzano plant this past winter.  Those yellow pods look awesome!

I have some Black Pearl seeds from last year plants.  The seeds are OP.  I also have some older Chinese 5 Color seeds as well.  

Those plants don't look too bad at all.  I would use some epsom salts for a bit of Magnesium.  You can either do a foliage spray or add a bit to the pots.

My 3rd year red manzano plant didn't seem to have any issues pumping out pods. I kept the plant in an area that gets maybe 3 to 4 hours of sun a day last year. I've got orange and yellow in the soil this year....hopefully I get something to germinate.
