oh, and just to make sure....i kinda got the impression your watering all the cells when you see the ones in the center dry out...if so, don't do this.....wait until a cell is completely dry, and only water that cell, because of your heating pad, your cells are probably drying out at different...

not enough light, not enough water, too much water.... basic steps for getting seedlings to their first transplant (generally by the time they need transplant out of their starter cell they're strong enough to withstand a lot more) during germination, keep them covered....greenhouse like...

actually if you plan on growing them outside you should have put them in the sun the very day they sprouted. Now that they've been inside for a while there is a chance you will burn them when you put them out, so you have to harden them off over a period of about a week at the most but yeah...

in response to your other question in the video, the 7pods may be taking longer to germinate just because they DO take longer, but maybe you should look into getting another heating pad so your covered all the way across, do a google search or even search "heating pad" on hot pepper, i'm sure a...

yeah, probably would have been better to pinch earlier, but it's never too late....the plant is constantly growing, your just changing the way it expends it's energy when you pinch. You could also try increasing the nitrogen levels gradually, that will usually promote growth in size
