I've used an aquarium heater in a water tank. Do your own research but I'm estimating a 200W heater in 30 gallons could keep your tent above 50.

Aji Lemondrop or Aji Limon will grow in vines below the container. Not planted upside down but in a hanging basket. In my experience they grow well in cooler temperatures and wilt in hot/dry.

I always take the skins off tomatoes before using in sauce. It makes for a much smoother blend.
