Holy Jolokia
I received a bottle of Holy Jolokia yesterday. The taste is very "Sriracha like" probably because of the garlic in it, in my opinion, the garlic made the Jolokia flavor disappear... Not as hot as I expected. For me Sriracha is kind of "spicy ketchup", so I'll describe the Holy Jolokia as...- zoloo

happy to have found such a great forum ! I live in the south of France, and will start my first season in 2011 (since I didn't have space for growing pepper before). My favs peppers for the moments are habs (for the great flavor/heat mix), never tried the superhots, but I ordered some fatalii...
