I spoke to FDA about registration...if it is a residence you are not required to register, BUT they did caution me that they will not interpret the law for interested parties - so the best thing to do was to register anyway and avoid any future hassles- it was painless and a good idea
Does anyone make hot sauce from their own residence. Does this exclude me from FDA registration? Just heard about this one, wanted to see if any of you folks had to do the same or not.
