oh branches are not dead my question is cud those branches with the shriveled leaves be some type of disease? or staving the rest of the plant?

i have recently move them inside with a grow lamp, was wondering if i should prune the branches or let it be?

Hey my fellow pepper heads, my name is Ronny and live in Texas...been having problems with my ghost pepper plant, flowers bloom but then fall off? also leaves shriveled but still green and falling off, but the new branches are producing some normal sized leaves can some one please help,lol
