    pests Aphid question

I could easily just collect ladybirds from the local parks. However the problem is confined to a very dry and hot conservatory that see's minimum ventilation, only spiders & aphids/whitefly seem to thrive in there. I don't want to release ladybirds into an environment that would kill them...

Great shot & a beautiful flower. I saw this today growing at the park near to home. I'm sure I threw a few seeds in the flower bed 5 years ago, but nothing grew, until now :-) (Henbane) And also there was loads if this growing on old scrub land about a mile from the nearest houses. They...

    harvesting Did some early harvesting

Black rotten seeds without any obvious critter involvement is likely to be internal BER. Poor and infrequent watering habits are a common cause of BER.

    Is this fungal or bacterial?

I'm pretty sure Phytophthora can be ruled out - Absolutely no wilting, and never has been, also it effects the outer most ends of branches rather then main stem.   Also there is absolutely no effect to the fruiting pods, though some of the pod stems do have lesions on them.   However i am drawn...

black veins on my paprika/bell pepper.

You have by the sounds of it a completely messed up nutrient order in your soil. Stop trying to sort each individual nutrient disorder out and purchase some all round fruit & veg fert mix. Leaves that are already damaged will fall even if the nutrient balance has been corrected. Low potassium...

    Is this fungal or bacterial?

Here are the pictures as promised.     Probably so, but it shouldn't be dismissed so easily. Clearly something is attacking the plant, and whatever it is its immune to sulfur and quite resistant to copper.

    Few Pod Shots

A few off my Brainstrain plants     On this plate are: Moruga's, Barrackpore's, Bengle Naga's, and one lonely Trinidad Scorpion.     I have many more Moruga's almost ready to harvest, i am however going to leave them to turn a darker shade of red before harvesting.

    Is this fungal or bacterial?

An intersting development of which I will post pictures tonight. The wet tissue that has been in the bag with the infected stem has now developed pink circular spots. Assuming that this is fungal, could these coloured spots could be spores? I did some brief digging and I found that at least...
