Next week is the annual Sparks Rib Cook-Off. I try all the venders and see if they are any good. For the most part they are but have never come close to my own ribs. I just wish I could get in the competition but it is invite only! :party: It's also a great place to look for new hot sauces...

My favorite Hot sauce at the moment is Batch #218 Hot Sauce Louisiana Style. I love this stuff and put on just about everything. If fact most of the hot sauces these guys make are great. SO what do you all think about these products! Trashman
