And the Lady Birds Go A Marchin

What plants seem to attract the red ones to the garden best? I've had yellow ladybugs but they show no interest in aphids.

    vendor WARNING WARNING FAKE SEEDS

I'd say the best way to attract customers on ebay would be to take a picture of the variety you are selling with your username written on a piece of paper giving the buyer more confidence. After reading this thread I think selling seeds on ebay killed it for me. I have sold things on ebay...

    hp22b!

One reason, money. If you were the first to get them and able to grow plants saving seeds, cuttings, other propagation techniques the $ would be worth the work. There was a post not so long ago on THP about moruga scorpion seeds/plants on ebay and the huge prices people were charging. I do...

food First meal made with home-grown peppers

Doing better than me Jessica, I managed to kill EVERY herb I ever planted. Two things I may have done wrong, soil too rich but to be honest I think it was the extreme heat and sunshine on small seedlings. And people tell me they're easy. EDIT: Deleted text, thought you were talking about...

Steamed veges can be horrible but you can cook healthy food which tastes amazing paulky. Throw enough herbs, pepper and a little butter in with your potatoes and other vegetables and it can taste amazing. But it looks like someone vomited on my plate then ate it and vomited it up again. Just...

    Buying Seeds

I probably will never be a trader as such but if I do grow more than I can take care of I'd gladly share pods/seeds. Which makes me think, is there any way to put an add-on to the forum software where members get 'respect' or 'points' for being good traders? Like ebay positive feedback. I can...

    American cars and fuel economy

    American cars and fuel economy

"Here we pay about 2$ for 1Liter of regular Gas and 1.81 for 1liter Diesel Fuel." But your wages are a lot higher than the people in America aren't they? "The Danish government is highly concerned with Co2 outlead and the environment, so prices for regular fuel is taxed more then Diesel...

pests Have you done your pest check today???

AACT Cay? Dishsoap works, there are a number of mixes. Including chili, cooking oil, garlic, onion. Someone around here had success with dishsoap, garlic and onion. Problem with garlic is it will also kill beneficial insects, but when you have an aphid problem you need to act. As far as soap...

Fanning plants, how often do you do it.

You can put them out during the day but would it really be worth it? With temperatures starting at 5c and remaining cold during the day there wouldn't be much growth at all. Frosts generally happen from the middle of the night up until early morning before the sun gets up.
