Probably around 2 hours. You will be able to tell by the texture of the peppers. Keep an eye on them and keep them away from direct heat. As they are closer to being done you can slide them more torwards the heat for a crispier texture. Good luck!
I also have the same deal right now. I know there may not be a way of completely verifying what exactly it is - but mine are very orange pods and man they are hot as fire ! I also would like to know if mine are fatalli or bhut. Any way to tell the difference in those two ?
