Get a good sized canning jar.
fill Jar with salt
cut peppers and put in jar (as many as you want)
tighten lid really tight
stick in a cool dark place, flip jar every 24hrs
I leave mine everywhere from 1-2 weeks
Put entire slurry on a dehydrating tray and dry

My peach ghost scorpion plant is a monster. It's 4ft across and only 3ft tall. At least 60 peppers on it now and hundreds of flowers but they're all still small.
