They're going apeshit for my pepper plant. It's like a biblical plague or something. Any ideas on how to get rid of them? Vinegar in a cup next to the plant is doing about nothing.

They're doing excellent. It's doubled in size since I posted this thread originally. Many more leaves. Thicker stem. Nutrients was definitely the problem.

It's finally growing some new leaves and has grown about half an inch since I last posted. Maybe it was a simple nutrient deficiency.

I'm afraid to take out the plant because the plants that died recently had the root system of a clover. I'm certain it would die. The roots were only spread out like 3 inches and there were 2 or 3 major roots about a millimeter in diameter with a few tiny ones growing out. Somehow I got water...

AHhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!! How long have they been recovering? Well over a month. But it was only a 1 week period that they were dying one by one.

They were dying because my father kept drowning them every 4 hours and they all got damping off while I was on vacation. This is all that's left once I got them away from him.

Yeah, it's definitely just the right amount of water. I can set them right next to the north side of my house and they'd only get an hour or two of direct sun all day.

I planted my scorpions back in February I think. The only one that's still alive is 4 or 5 inches high and doesn't have a ton of leaves. I used 1:1:1 perilite, peat moss, and potting soil. Otherwise a while ago I put a little bit of blood meal in their diet once or twice but haven't done that...

Yeah the dead plant is dead. That one's not coming back.

We're all here to learn I guess. Hopefully the rest of the plants (at least) turn out okay.   I got a reply fast and that should help me keep from killing the rest of my plants for another few days.

So just to get this out of the way. There is a fan blowing on them with a good bit of force. There is absolutely no drainage restriction in any way on either the trays or the pots. I peroxided the soil around all of the plants, including the dead/dying one, and put soil up to the bottom leaves...

I didnt say anyone was wrong. I said that im drying it out as fast as i can.

Ok lets just leave water out of this. The pots and tray have more than sufficient drainage.

Well I'm working at that. They haven't been watered for at least a week now.   Any chance that plant will survive or is it done?

The bottom of the dead plant stem looks like someone pinched it or something. Damping off? The tray has drainage holes btw

I've been told before that I'm overwatering them and to let them dry out until they're starting to wilt, then water them. The soil has been damp for about a week with no watering now.

I'm great with actual living, breathing things like dogs, people, horses, goats. They love me. I'm good at keeping them alive.   But I just kill the hell out of plants. Excuse my language but was die scheiße?   It looks healthy except for the being dead part. And yes, that stem/leaf just fell...

For the record they're not as green as in those photos, samsung phones oversaturate the fuck out of pictures.
