    New pods falling off

Weird problem I have never had before, almost all my plants are having issues rejecting pods. While they all have at least one or two fully developed pods, I keep finding newly formed tiny pods in the soil. I see no signs of bite marks or anything. As if they plant is just rejecting them...

    Recommend me a liquid fert

Finally got around to transplanting to full pots (yay cold north) and ran out of regular fert after the last pot. I am tired of buying the dry stuff at the local hardware store since it never seems balanced enough. I always feel I am not getting enough peppers for the effort compared to what I...

Tomato Leaf Mold (Passalora Fulva) Fungicide?

Nah I already looked, they do not look the same. There are a lot of light green spots and the mold is underneath. The mold is thinner and harder than mildew, almost don't notice it at first.       Cool, will look into it

Tomato Leaf Mold (Passalora Fulva) Fungicide?

Given the high heat and humidity we have had in my area for so long, some of my plants appear to have developed tomato leaf mold. Light green spots on leaves and the formation of a thin white mold with some brown patches underneath some of the infected leaves. I took first steps to move the...

    DIY Pro Mix?

So apparently every big box store around me stopped carrying Pro Mix and the mom and pop shops are way too pricey. However, I can get 3 cu ft moss bags for $10. Can I try to spin my own?   My thoughts were...   Peat Moss All Purpose 10-10-10 Lime Pellets Perlite Vermiculite Epsom Salt Mycos  ...

    Regarding Pro Mix

Yah I added some perlite just because I am paranoid about drainage since I basically transplanted from mud. I also add a little mycos/light fert to the hole as well.

    Regarding Pro Mix

So I never invested in pro mix because 80$ for soil sounded crazy. Lo and behold I find there is a 3.8ft all purpose option for 14$ and apparently this stuff near doubles in size when you open it. Go figure... So my question is, is the all purpose version good enough? I have nutes, beneficial...

health Whats wrong with these peppers?

I wish there was such a thing around here ha-ha. Could have made my life a lot easier. Only spray I have done is a garlic/tomato leaf spray to kill some little buggers and that was on all my plants. Also, I am indoors and my lights are high so wind and light burn not possible. Might just be...

health Whats wrong with these peppers?

I water when when they are dry (I check the soil with my fingers). Probably 2-3 weeks?         I did not know about perlite at the time and queenqueg152 recommended Promix which is expensive to me.

health Whats wrong with these peppers?

I cant afford the fancy expensive soils nor can I buy them in stores around here so I had to make do with what I had. Still, I will keep in mind mixing perlite in the future. As for burnt, no light bulbs, nothing fell, no one has really ever wilted. I cycle the lights and keep a gentle fan so...

health Whats wrong with these peppers?

Im afraid that might shock them again. They were potted only 2 weeks ago.

health Whats wrong with these peppers?

Basic organic top soil, not really sure whats in it. I added some microbe mix in the hole to help with transplant. Otherwise, there is some NPK on top.

health Whats wrong with these peppers?

The best of the three is one of my two Bhuts, the other Bhut is fine. The second curled one is a Fatalii pepper and the droopy one is a Piment d'Espelette.

health Whats wrong with these peppers?

I have 24 potted  indoor plants and for the most part everyone is coming along fine. However, these guys are struggling and I am unsure why. Two of them suffer from leaf curl and death starting at the tip of the leaves. The other is very droopy. They (and my healthy ones) all have the same soil...

    Calcium and Magnesium

Thanks. I just found it odd no one recommends a general amount despite peppers loving the stuff.
