Will a hps light work for seedlings?

Well I ended up getting a 175 watt metal halide instead just wasn't sure the hps color would be best for young plants.

MH will be fine rebel. HPS would be fine too. Peppers are not pot.
 
 
FYI, HPS puts out 30% ish more lumens.
