1st 2 plants are out!!

Well today I planted out my 1st 2 plants my Fatalli and
Bhut Jolokia.Planted them around 7 pm and as of 1:40 am they
are still alive lol the Fatalli is still just like it was before I planted it out but the Jolokia is a lil wilty looking but it should be ok come morning.
For the Fatalli I used a mix of Hyponex Potting soil Organic choice garden soil
Cactus and Perlite and the Jolokia I used the same except
I added a little peat (forgot I had some when I did the Fatalli)
Each container got 3 worms each (since I read here that they help. And to think I was gonna quit lol
oh I should
add I think they will drain ok I gave em a lil fert and water
and the moisture is already going down
oh and the labeling is in case anyone is in the yard
and wants to "sample" 1 its a warning lol

They look like they will be happy with plenty of room...

Atmosphere? Ambiance? Decoration? ;)

^^^ for that exactly :) I put a piece of newspaper at the bottom to keep the drain holes from being plugged.
Went out and looked at them a few minutes ago Fatalli
still looks great but the Bhut is still very wilty looking :(
hopefully in a day it will pop back up

I think they are looking pretty good for just being transplanted. The wilt you described may be due to transplant shock, plants usually bounce back in a day or so. BTW your weather must be warmer than it is here, we are still seeing low 40's at night. Are you bringing then inside at night? I'm just curious...;)

Thanks everyone for the comments
Paul it has been in the mid 40's at night here
and I have left em out last night and tonight the fatalli
is still looking great and I hope the Bhut is just experiancing
transplant shock I will possibly bring em in come monday
might get severe storms with damaging winds :)
Thanks Scorpion was my 1st ever transplant to outside!!

be careful HPFF...it has been said on this site "peppers do not like cold feet"...I think the soil temps they were talking about is less than 55F...

I agree with AJ about the temps
those are 2 plants that prefer warmer temps, I'd only risk having annuums sit outside in 45-50F degree temps not chinense.
I still wont leave mine sit out overnight even with having temps around 50F +/- 5 degrees some nights plus still harding the plants off.

ty for the advice AJ and Chilehunter we are gonna have 1 or 2 more nights of 45 degrees as the low then all upper 50's so I just may bring em in ty for the heads up

Man..I am having a same weather problem here in colorado. During the day the temp is 60-70, at night it dipps to 40s...SUCKS.
I have not been brave enough to put the plants out yet.
Move the plant inside during the nights, if you can. Or, so type of cover would help has well. Good luck
