good little salsa recipe. About the same ratio I use for the various ingredients, though I'll typically use jalapenos & a habanero to give it some fire.

Also I'll often fire roast the tomatoes first, and use lime instead of lemon, though lemon works well too. Anything acidic really - I've used vinegar in a pinch and couldn't really taste the difference - such a small amount.

Nice recipe - Penny needs a bigger food processor. I recommend the cuisinart - I got one as a housewarming gift when i bought my home and it's the #1 appliance in my kitchen.
