Have you contacted the producers directly about the Reaper Paste? 
 
 
 
Use the Search function for the Jungle Rain sauce here on THP.  They've had other sauces reviewed here and elsewhere in the interwhebz.   Even googling or searching on YT for Jungle Rain and the sauce, there's likely to be a review of the sauce you're interested in which will hopefully give you an idea of the sauce, heat levels etc.
