I would say a 10 of 10 on flavor & a 6-7 of 10 on heat can see this sauce used on seafood and also chicken as a topper for grilled fish or shrimp or as a dipping sauce for all kinds of chicken

I thought this was a very good tasting sauce bursting with fruit flavor with a good hab taste. I ate three spoonfulls trying to see the heat that was a 5 to 5-1/2 on my scale.
I would give it a 10 on flavor.
I agree with Kato that it would go well with chicken, and would make a great cocktail sauce and straight from the bottle for dipping with chicken fingers.

A very good sauce, and look forward to trying their other sauces.
