3 Tomatoe's 1 flower?

Didn't grow any tomatoes this year but had some pop up as freebies from last season. I re-potted the plant into a 5 gallon bucket and the first tomato looked like 3 tomatoes from one flower. I didn't grow any tomatoes that had a pleated bottom. Any ideas or does this just happens sometimes.

New one on me..I've seen twin maters grow connected..Never saw one like that though..

To me it looks like fasciation, it can be caused by damage or it can be genetic.  Some varieties are always fasciated, 'reisetomate' is an example of this.  In most varieties though fasciation in flowers just pop up from time to time and is usually due to minor damage. 
 
Let us know if all the flowers look odd and if it keeps happening, or if it was a once off.  No matter what the cause, it will not have any real impact on the taste.

Here's a pic from today and still no idea what this is. The 3 tomatoes are pretty big for as cool as it has been. The flowers are big and no other abnormalities since that one.
