I was cutting down some branches off my tree and the damn branch feel on me serranos and snapped the basterds! Oh well im glad i have plenty more of the serranos. There so tasty!

Any ideas how i should cook these serranos up?

Onion
Cilantro
lime juice
maybe a little garlic
salt, pepper, cumin, thyme

Bang! put it on everything.
