4th of July Grill/Smoke

We have friends bringing big bang-bang for the 4th, but since they're coming a day early. I brought out some Wagyu/Angus ribsteaks for the first night.

Kids wanted burgers for the 4th so we made bbq bacon burgers from scratch. Although my son was in tears grating the onion, he was very happy with the end result.

Yeah, for google you might type banana boats, or like SL posted banana splits. But you know I had to have a better name than that! I left marshmallow out of mine, because I made those s'mores casserole things. I put strawberries and chocolate chips in some, I put reese's chips in some, and some with chocolate and reese's chips. Topped with whipped cream. Cooked on a weber, obviously.
