I have eaten a lot of super hot peppers this year, raw, in food, everything. My 16 year old daughter eats them also with me, her favorite pepper is the Moruga. Well today I had my first ripe Douglah so first thing my daughter and I do is cut into it and try pieces of it. Wow, it hit us both REALLY fast with the heat, I mean instant heat and wickedly hot. Neither of us expected it to be that wicked, sent us both looking for a bit of milk. No build time either, it just instantly hit us. This might become one of my favorites very quickly if they are always like this. Can not wait to make a pot of chili with this one.
