A dumb question but hopefull

So i started some cayennes and thais. I didnt mark which is which. One of the 2 sprouted and have no clue what it is xD So do thai plants look identical to cayennes? (please say no x.x)

My Thais had fairly bunched up growth whereas my cayennes grew longer, thinner branches with more dispersed leaves. You'll probably have to wait until they've grown a bit to really know.

Agree - when small, most annuums look dreadfully alike. It won't be until they get larger that you will really know.

what about the seeds? Do the seeds look alike? Maybe he can dig up the seeds that didn't pop and figure it out?

IMO the Cayenne pod should be slightly bigger and longer when mature. You're going to have to wait a while.
