I was de-seeding some peppers a while ago. Some Scotch Bonnets , St. Bart's , and one 7 Pod . They were all JFP.. just off plant. Most the time I cut the seeds out the next day but today I had the time. A lot of the time if I'm just fooling with a couple I don't wear gloves. I had more today so I put gloves on. Did the Bonnets & Bart's first. They looked moist and neat ... the aroma was super. Then I got to the lone 7 Pod , the seed was from Sheldon. When I sliced into it with my razor knife .... all this liquid ran down a finger of my glove !! There was drops on the paper plate !! I've never seen that before..... glad I used gloves !!

My wife took the camera this morning or I'd a tried the get a picture. The picture I added I've used before but they looked pretty much the same.

Doesn't that scare the heck out of you?

I've seen it a couple of times and it did me. Did you sample the liquid?
 
patrick ... kinda' did .... thought the 7 was out to get me !! I did lick one up one drop .... was hot as heck.
