thats a grand total of $504 canadian (all numbers are approximate and have been rounded.. i dont have receipts for anything... Ive been adding to this collection slowly, so its never felt like a 500 dollar hit to the bank account.

please note this does not include pots, soil, seeds, fertilizer, or any hydroponic equipment depending on your methods... i wont even get into my hydro stuff.

If you can find used gear you can probably cut the bill in half. I bought a bunch of gear for pennies on the dollar because I bought seized stuff from the feds directly. I could put together a full setup for around $75 including bulbs.
