I have been having such high germ rates lately I have ran out of my normal white plastic 1 pint pots. Would a Styrofoam Cup suffice?

Should the seedlings be under a certain Photo period or is 24 hours a day fine till transplant?

I usually wait to transplant until they at least have their first true leaves.

I use stryo cups for germinating nat, just poke some holes throught the bottom as always. I like to use two cups though, one with holes for the plant and another without holes under the first one to catch the water runoff.

24 hour light will be fine as well, they don't need 24 hours but it will not hurt them.
