Hi everyone, name's Eric, and I'm a capsaisinaholic. Believe it or not chiles grow fairly well in northwestern Minnesota, and I get bumper crops of anaheims every year, and there is little I cook that doesn't include them. I've also had success with lemon drop chiles, serranos and jalapenos, though some years are better than others.
It's time to expand my chile horizons, and I'd like to start with the Peruvian aji amarillo. I tried some in Mesa Arizona once many years ago and haven't forgotten the wonderful flavor of the stuff. I simply need to find a source for seed.
