A new Rocoto sauce!!!

I'm just crazy about Rocotos and most of the other C. pubescens I've tried to date. In another post, I mentioned I'd like to make a clone sauce of 2Hot Rocoto sauce. I gave it some thought and took it a step beyond. So yesterday, my meager supply of Rocotos and other Pubes became this:

Still no vinegar in this sauce and I think I may actually like the taste as much, if not more that 2Hot. I added some other special ingredients and it came out GREAT! I don't think I live in a climate where I could produce enough pods to make this a production sauce but it will make a KICK ASS Christmas present for sure!!!

Dare to share the composition? PM?

I have 15-20 rocotos too and dunno what to do with them really. Pickling? Powdering? Or this sauce?

Here in Hungary Rocotos are totally unknown, so we don't have the 2Hot sauce...
