My Cownhorn plant is loaded with beauties like this. These are the biggest Cowhorns I've ever grown, and the hottest also. The flavor is also great. Any ideas on the best way to preserve them, other than drying?

What type of dishes do you make with those? It looks beautiful.

Put them in a zip lock bag in the freezer.

I thought about that, but wont they get soft in the freezer?? I was thinking about smoking them.

They do get soft, but there still useable in all kinds of ways.
