I am a long-time hot pepper/hot sauce/spicy food lover originally from Louisiana and now stuck in the Midwest (with no spice
). I just recently got into gardening (literally 3 weeks ago) and I am eagerly waiting for my Big Thai Hybrid peppers to grow so I can start making my own sauces, spices, rubs, etc.
I ran across this site while looking for information on growing techniques for hot peppers, and I'm glad I found it. I didn't know there were so many people like me out there lol
