I do hear you and i have healed to a man i wanted to be without that bellybutton holding me back and i am almost at the size of that Magnus fellow just by swinging those heavy kettlebells around.
I started swinging heavy kettlebell 50x swings in every off day a little over a month ago, started with 24kg one and i am now rocking a 40kg one and it is starting to get pretty tough in the end of those 50 reps. Yesterday main training day i got to 27 reps with 48gb kettlebell before it started to feel somewhat heavy. Perhaps someday i will be swinging that beastly 48kg one for 50 reps but for now 40kg one is enough for the time being.
