Hey guys this is a guy who's very local to me, he' only got into the chilli game 3years ago (this is his 3rd season) and boy have things been moving fast for him!!!!
He's based between Bristol and Bath in the southwest in a very the very small village of upton cheyney.

Now my view on his sauces, all the sauces contains only natural stuff no extract, they are all top quality but I do find them on the sweet side (I don't have a sweet tooth) and this seems to be what folks like. His sauces have won blind taste competitions at some of the local chilli fests here so he must be doing something right.
