A woodshop exploring options

Hi everyone,
 
We are two dudes in Kansas City who run a woodshop, but we'd like to use the woodshop to also explore making hot sauces. We've been trying and collecting sauces over the years and its about time we stepped up our game and see what we can do.
 
Short term goal: create three different sauces that we both love
Long term goal: try to get one of them distributed locally
