Abnormal leafs - Jalapeno

I have one Jalapeno and others chilli peppers with some disease, what do you think it is?

have you checked the plants for aphids?? make sure you look on the underside of the leaves.....

     It looks like either broad mites or herbicide drift damage. Look at the affected leaves under a good magnifying glass and see if you see any mites. If not, probably herbicide.

Could it be over fertilization, HM01? I'm curious because I have a few like that. Are you fertilizing, gepard0?

     Maybe, but I've never seen or heard of overfertilization causing that kind of growth.

I use 20-20-20 fertilizer, Half of my plants are like one I posted. 
 
If it is broad mites can I save it?
