What generation are these chilies at as of today? Would it be likely I got the bleeding calyx and stem? What is their high SHU and their average? Help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I don't think anyone really knows the SHU of BBG peppers. As far as the bleeding calyx, if you received them from a good source then you should be fine. BBG's still aren't very stable but they seem to be stable enough now that most of them produce bleeding caps.
