Never thought of using Tim Hortons coffee cups to grow...

HAHAHA me neither, I'll begin to collect them!

I got more transplanted and under the lites. Still lots waiting to germinate.

Got some LED grow lites to install. Not to familiar with these. This is what I got
Specification:

Type: LED Plants Growing Strip Light
Waterproof: IP65, Resin
LED Type: SMD 5050
LED Quantity: 60LED/M (Red:Blue = 4:1)
Led Color: Red and blue
LED Wavelength: Red: 660nm; Blue: 445nm
Beam Angle: 120 degrees
Voltage: DC 12V (without power supply&plug)
Strip Length: 5metres/16.4ft

Right now I have T12 Florescent grow lites, I know T5's or T8's are better but I already have the fixture for T12's.
These LED lites are strips that have a sticky back and can be mounted to just about anything. If I mount them to the fixture,
is it okay to leave the bulbs in or should I take them out?
Thanks again for help/advice.

Not a supporter of Tims. Cups were free from work. They work good and the price was right
